*Please note: Players should register in the team according to the age they turn in 2024 i.e., whatever age your child will be on 31/12/2024.
A player photo is a compulsory inclusion at the time of registration. Photos are only able to be uploaded once per season. The photo must be a passport style “headshot” and the image file must not exceed 2MB.

Payment
Registration Fee Payments are to be made via Squadi using debit/credit card.
There is an option to pay in five instalments with instalments to be debited on the following dates:
- Upon registration – Governing Body fees + instalment 1

- 14th May 2024
- 14th June 2024
FairPlay Vouchers are accepted by the club. Please wait until you have the voucher before registering, then forward it to our Registrars via email at registrations@kawanafc.com.au . More information can be found here.
Team formation
Once players have registered in the system, we can begin forming teams. Kawana is a family-friendly, community football club with a focus on inclusion and positive team culture so we try to place everyone in a team that suits them, and not turn players away.
In forming teams, we will take into consideration players who have played together before or would like to play together, and teams that would like to stay together. However please note that we will need to balance individual preferences with Football Queensland age requirements and the needs of the club and the team.

Please see the link to season calendar below. Note, the season starts earlier in 2024, with some competitions beginning 23rd/24th February, so please register as early as possible.
Information Days – Miniroos (U6-U11) & Non-competitive Juniors (U12)
The club will run an Information Session on Thursday 25th January 4 – 5:30pm:
- NOTE: No need to attend if already registered.
- Assistance with registrations via Squadi – note registration payments must be made via Squadi and will not be accepted at the club.
- Shorts and socks will be available for sale.
- Bring FairPlay vouchers.
The club will run a Muster Day on Tuesday 30th January 4 – 5pm:
- Begin to form teams.
- Have a kick around, meet teammates/coaches/club members etc.
- Boot Donation/Sale – Please donate any old boots in good condition. Boots will be for sale at $10 per pair (proceeds to club).
- Shorts and socks will be available for sale.
- Bring FairPlay vouchers

Training
Training has commenced for junior competitive teams (U13 & older) on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6:20pm and for senior teams on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm.
